Everyday as you go through a horrible Separation, possibly being attacked, abused in many ways, even being knocked down so hard that you feel helpless and hopeless, perhaps rubbing your soul with your maker.

The answer for you my friend is to gain the right knowledge and more support, so reach out. In the meantime put on some uplifting music and yell out the words, "I'm still standing" — being the mantra of your wonderful life, telling yourself how fantastic life is and how it will get even better as you get stronger, confident and wiser.

Endurance is the key word of life as it throws some nasties at you from time to time knocking you for six. However, on the positive side life is telling you to get your mindset in order, so hang in there, you maybe in for a rough ride for a bit, but do not despair.

Just as you come to an end on those scary roller coaster rides at the amusement park, so will you with this dark patch of Separation. You maybe wonky on your legs but you will still be standing!

Maybe the cure for such dastardly Separations is to go on wild rides like the Stealth Ride at Thorpe Park in the United Kingdom. (pictured)

At 206 feet high, speeds of around 130 km/h in 2.83 seconds and G-forces of up to 4.8g, it must be scarier than your Ex.

With love, kindness and peace
Michael

Good article, Michael! I think the picture of the Stealth Ride aptly portrays the mood swings of MY Ex, only not as bad. You may understand if I tell you that she was a Filippina.
