It doesn't much matter what you do in your life, as long as your feeling good with it all, without intentionally harming anyone of course.

As long as your getting pleasure from whatever you do — you will feel like a million bucks.

The main goal is that you find this one thing or multiple sources of pleasure that really turns you on, as you need it for your survival, and it also can benefit other people around you.

So how do we define pleasure?

Well — it can encompass many things I'm sure, some are obvious and common to many of us, and some we keep secret to ourselves, like our own little treasure trove.

Your list of pleasures may include the enjoyment of and the pursuit of money, power, fun, games, sex, love, freedom, nature, children, family, people, food, sport, competition, creativity, physical exercise, dancing, music, achievement, meaning and even peace. This is only a few things with the total list being possibly endless. There is no right or wrong, just what is healthy and works for you.

Whatever they are, whenever you find them or reclaim them, hang onto them and never let them go, as they are the keys to your enjoyment of life.

As we are all sensory beings, the feelings of pleasure keep us feeling alive. Our vitality after all must be seen to be the spark of all creation. Pleasure may not be the source of our entire existence, however in our conscious mind it's a dominant force, for no doubt good reason.

So until next time, what are your pleasures?
