First commencing at the end of the first world war in 1918 this special day coined Remembrance Day is commemorated every year on 11 November signifying peace and an opportunity to remember those who have fallen so tragically in the many wars that have raged throughout the centuries upon on our precious planet that exists in pure perfection and preciseness.

Denoted by one minute of silence at 11am uniting the many commonwealth nations who participate allowing us to collectively remember our fathers and forefathers who fell in wars constructed by those at the top. Whether it was for business, power and monetary transactions yielding a profit for a select few or freedom, equity and fair trade for all, either way it has carved out the world climate we live in today.

Whether the draftsmen of these wars were geniuses with insight, brave, ruthless, greedy or whatever your thoughts may entail, the sad fact is many naive and vulnerable men died suffering needlessly all for what? What was really gained or lost, as may be discovered by talking with the countless families and children who were left behind.

What have wars done to shape the family structure we have today and the torrid family wars that exist when a Separation occurs?

Children losing their fathers and grandfathers missing out on much needed knowledge, mentoring, guidance and familiarisation from them being around. Homes that have become void of fathers due to years of households being used to men not being around, valued or needed. Just as men and fathers have trouble re-entering a domestic type life, so to do women and mothers have difficulty accepting men back into their way of life without men. It all seems quite confusing really generalising when really there is no one answer.

However, one positive thing is the awareness and consciousness of people growing at an almost exponential rate in terms of what is good for others and us all as a whole, not settling for less. Everyday more and more people wake up from a deep sleep raising their level of maturity, adjusting their mindsets as greater information and resources are available to them, especially online. The awakening is spreading like wildfire and where it will end no-one knows but rest assured an ever increasing number of people will not foolishly revisit those dreadful past days of War when those mistakes of yesteryear have cost us all so terribly.

With love, kindness and peace
Michael
