Waking up and realising your Mission?

Passing through the maze of Separation and Divorce can often leave you a bit bewildered and left in a foggy daze as to who you are and what your purpose may now be.

So what do you want to BE?

What's your thing and reason to get out of bed?

What really gets those feelings inside you buzzing around firing up your energy and passion, no matter what it might be?

Living is not really achieved until you can feel really alive and doing what you want and loving it.

Can you write a mission statement for your life, or at least your next big project?

We all get a bit lost from time to time, alright then... some of us get lost big time and perhaps for quite a long time. Feels a bit like being a drunk finally owning up to the fact he's got a drinking problem.

I don't know whether the feelings and confusion is a gender issue or just an individual one.

Do women get lost too? Jump in here girls and shed some light on this subject. At what time in your life does it happen? I do know it can be terribly frustrating causing severely increased levels of anxiety.

Maybe it's time to stop worrying about what others want you to do or expect from you, and do what's in your heart — do what you love?

Can you feel it?

What does your soul need to fire up? "Switch On!" as the corporals and sergeants used to say in my old army days.

Some people just say "do it" as the Nike ad goes, or "just do anything".

Help somebody, offer your services and skills for free. Anything to get your energy in motion.

Is this really the answer? Is it this simple? Will this suffice until your seed of real purpose breaks through the soil?

Is your life really run down and have you emptied out your soul of the clutter from the past, in readiness for a new beginning? Do you notice how sometimes things have to die before they can be reborn? A bit like a forest being wiped out by a fire before it can regenerate.

Anyway, some food for thought... keep well today and everyday.

With love as always
Michael
