Put simply, meditation in conjunction with breathing, helps calm and quiet the mind, and promotes healing.
It is a valuable practise to control emotions, gain insight and help you improve your thinking, and in turn, your decision making. It can offer considerable value when experiencing a Separation.
There are many forms of meditation with varying degrees of benefits and costs, it's just a matter of what works for you, at any given time of your life. Practicing some form of meditation would certainly be better than no practise at all.
For a deeper insight into your higher self in a shorter time, a high level of discipline, commitment and regularity surely helps YES the rabbit hole is deep.
